Will I become a game addict?

Hurray! I no longer have to envy the commuters that have a PSP in hand and playing the in games/listening to your favourite songs/watching videos. I dun have to peek on what they are playing or watching. All thanks to Mr. Lover.

Because I have one too. :@@: In an unexpected colour PINK :P Who says PSP is dominated by the males? However, I have yet to polish my skills. Seems like I am going to be a gaming addict soon.

If you see me behaving with the following symptons

(1)Obsessing and pre-occupied about being on the computer, even when not connected.
(2)Hours playing video games or on the computer increasing, seriously disrupting family, social or even work life.
(3)Lying about computer or video game use.
(4)Experience feelings of withdrawal, anger, or depression when not on the computer or involved with their video game.
(5)Sleep disturbances
(6)Back, neck aches and/or headaache
(7)Dry eyes
(8)Failure to eat regularly or neglect personal hygiene,

Do me a favour... SLAP me hard....But at this current moment, I am still sane. :)

Feeling Sick?

Feeling Sick?

Sick has many definitions. Most commonly known as in a state of poor health; or tired of it; or sadistic. Today, I'm in the mood to talk more about definition 1.

When you are sick, do you get short in temper? Become very intolerant of even the most trivial things no matter you are the normally calm man/woman. Wants everything to be as you instructed.

You ask for the stars and the moon. And when somebody you love do all out to take care of you, you even scream at them for kicking you when all he/she do is merely serving you a cup of water and a wet towel and has no free hands and so use the leg to knock the bed. Yes indeed, totally unreasonable. But I suppose when you are sick, you do not really care so much. You are just no logical and maybe insane.

And of course not to forget, when you are sick, you long for your parents' TLC? No matter how old are you, i suppose that's instinct. Nothing can beat it. Afterall who has the longest and closest relationship with you?

And when you recover, do you repent or apologise for your unreasonable actions? If you care, I would recommend that you should. If you dun, you might be hurting the whoever that loves you so much and the next time you are sick, you will never be treated as the king/queen. :p

Resignation Fever

I suppose many of us are have been in acquaintance with the word resignation. Some for a better career. Some cos the boss and working environment. And many other reasons...

Whatever it is, it seems like resignation is the way to a brighter future out there. But it brings alongs a kind of ripple effect too. " Resignation Fever", a term which i do not know if it scientifically termed, :P , is brought about to the surrounding people when oneself resign.

It starts to get you thinking if this office/job is suitable for you and maybe you start embarking on a better career, i.e. join in the resignation. The more charismatic the person who resigned, the higher this resignation fever goes. And if more starts to resigns within the surrounding, the more dangerous is the resignation fever.

Why such a feeling? I have a colleague who will be leaving for a better career. No doubt it. And his confirmed departure has caused many of us to have the idea of possible search for a greener pasture too. So for employers out there, take care of your employees. Understand what they need before the fever starts to kick in and a possible distratous plague may just land your company in a very difficult moment.

For the colleague whom I like and work well with in my short period of exployment,
Thank you for all the guidance you have shown.
All the best in the new land.
Last but not least, do keep in touch.
