Silent Retreat
It was a day full of guesses and imagination of the outcome of my decision. Finally, the curtain has drawn and the play has ended. The characters have made their silent exit. It maybe an abrupt ending for me, but I should have expected it.
No drama. Nice flow without any hiccups or dragy scenes. Some words of appreciation and probably the last instructions. Short and sweet. Probably because there isn't any positive feelings between the characters.
In contrast, it was a different form of acting in the last play though the eventual outcome is identical. There were more details, more drama and certainly catch the emotions of the audience more.
Audiences have left their seats for home. Characters are preparing for their next plays. The facet of life. Real but maybe a little uncomfortable. May time wash away this chapter a little faster...

We are all human, high EQ, IQ or anything for that matter, but being human, we learn from our mistakes and strive not to commit the same errors yet again in our future endeavours.
Often attaching too much emotional value in the context of a workplace marrs a person's judgement, creating the inability to objectively see things as they are and for what they really are.
But you'll learn from this episode and carry on much stronger, wiser, in the knowledge that the next time, you'll know how to best handle such situations.
